This is not the first time I've experienced this with these types of headsets, I've come to believe that they are made to fail within 60-90 days. Within 30 days my microphone stopped working for online chat. Very disappointed in this product. Can anyone refer a product that works for more than 30 days. within another 30 days the sound in the headset portion of this product stopped working on the left earphone. Now at another 30 days I still have to jiggle the wires to make any sound come out of these headsets. Thank you. A very unsatisfied Logitech customer.
So if you want to use them for gaming and still have your speakers working. My only problem with them is they are not a USB headset. This headset is very nice, it came quickly and was packaged very well. forget it. Now I didn't see anything to say that they were or were not USB connected and I did Assume that they Were (you know what they say about assuming.). But they only have jacks to plug into the back of your sound card. They have to plug into the speaker jack on the computer.The images that are available do not show the plugs either.Had I known that they were not USB I wouldn't have gotten them.I had gotten another set of Logitech Clear Chat USB enabled headsets about a month ago and the mic stopped working. Now I have another set that I can use, but can't use them how I want to use them.Just thought I was say my two cents on them.
the headphone part is great BUT, the microphone boom is A: too short and B: not adjustable. Good product if you are maybe 13 years old or less.
No matter how many Logitech products I purchase I am consistently reminded of their quality. I love the sound that comes from this small, portable headset. Over voice chat, people say that the sound quality is very good and clear. The only drawback to this headset for me is that it is a little tight-fitting, even for my small head.
i really like them for the money they are hard to beat comfortable and sound good great vol control
